You closed the gates a half hour early and denied boarding to more than 50 people. The only reason we were there with only a half hour to spare was that the connecting flight we were in, also operated by you, was an hour and a half late. We then waited for four hours at the service desk. All agents were completely unsympathetic and most returning flights have been over booked. We've been at the airport 24 hours already and aren't sure if we can make it home on the flight we have been rebooked on. This is the WORST experience I have ever had am a big guy and seated to another big guy, the experience was uncomfortable . I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Furthermore, the headphone jack should be updated, so that passengers can use their own headphones without an adapter.
